Warranty Coverage
All Etched Reflection products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
What's Covered
- Engraving defects or errors
- Manufacturing flaws in materials
- Adhesive or mounting failures (if applicable)
- Premature fading or wear under normal use
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation
- Modifications made by customer or third parties
- Damage from extreme weather or environmental conditions
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim:

Provide your order number and purchase date
Include clear photos showing the defect
Describe the issue in detail
Warranty Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will:
- Repair the product at no charge, or
- Replace the product with an identical or similar item, or
- Issue a full refund if repair/replacement isn't possible
Care Instructions
To maintain your warranty coverage:
- Clean with soft, lint-free cloth only
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
- Follow installation instructions carefully
- Store in cool, dry place when not in use
